· Follow-up on the performance of the products available in the company, sales numbers, and stock quantities for proper evaluation, classification, and management of products, and ensuring their presence at an acceptable level inside the warehouses, according to the approved SOP

· Submit continuous proposals to introduce new items or products to its own section to increase sales

· Follow up the process of analyzing competitors' activities and product prices in the market to take the necessary pricing decisions and determine the profitability of products.

· Follow-up negotiation and contracting with suppliers in accordance with the company's approved SOP

· Ensure that all items and related products are coded on the Oracle system and not be repeated, and determine the rates of incentives for each item after the approval of the COO.

· Follow up the pricing of products and adjust prices according to the company's directions and market conditions in accordance with the company's approved procedures

· Determine the quantities and items to be contracted according to the analysis of the company's sales figures

· Obtaining the technical specifications of all products in order to prepare them and train the sales teams on them before displaying them in the branches

· Follow-up promotional offers designed by his team and analyze their results and their impact on the inventory level and the movement of products in stores

· Follow-up and approval of purchase orders for products directed to suppliers

Follow-up of the communication process between the product management and the stores to ensure that the appropriate place is prepared for the supplied goods.


Work Condition:


  • Working Days: 5 days a week 
  • Weekends: Friday & Saturday are off
  • Working Hours: 9 hours flexible 
  • Location: Maadi


Package:

Skills

Academic and professional qualifications: 


· Bachelor’s degree


Experience: 


· 5-8 years relevant experience in Home appliances Sales or purchasing career, preferably to be in retail industry. 

· Leadership, negotiation and coaching skills.

· Data analysis and decision-making skills. 

· Professional on a MS Office program.

 . Intermediate level of English language
