1. Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
2. Oversee the day to day finance tasks to ensure all transactions are processed and recorded in accordance with the company policy and procedures and within prescribed deadlines.
3. Monitor the periodic expenses through conducting periodic reconciliation (comparing the actual expenses with the approved budget) in order to report the variances to the Management.
4. Review all the financial transactions through the validation of the cost allocation to ensure the accuracy of the financial recording process. 
5. Manage and implement the issuance of the financial statements through providing financial data and reports in order to identify the company’s financial position.
6. Provide Management with any Ad hock reports or financial data in order to support the decision-making process.
7. Conduct periodic reconciliations including the accounts, petty cash and the current accounts to ensure the accuracy of the financial accounts.
8. Review the fixed assets transactions including purchasing, depreciation calculation…etc. in order to protect the company’s assets. 
9. Review all the receivables by monitoring and following-up on the invoices with the concerned parties to ensure accurate and timely payments.
10. Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and work closely with operations in analyzing margins, variances and cost, as well as establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
11. Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations, journal entries, financial reports and statements, and send them to the relevant parties.

Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
