Mighty Foods is looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Sales Representative for the Key Account (Modern Trade) sector to achieve the following:
• Achieve set sales targets, objectives, and KPIs.
• Responsible for ensuring the correct visibility of products in account outlets.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper availability of products in account outlets.
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
• Build strong and ongoing relationships with existing customers.
• Report Sales performance regularly.
• Work closely and effectively with the merchandising marketing team.
• Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.• 2 years or more of proven work experience as FMCG sales representative especially.• Proven experience at Key Account (Modern Trade Sector) Foods and Beverages.• Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal, presentable, and problem-solving.• Good command of English.• Details-oriented and organizational skills.
