Role Description
As a design development and production architect, you are expected to be aware of the technical parameters related to the design process. You will be part of the architectural team and you will support, lead and coordinate the design stages through all phases to ensure the delivery of the project requirements to a high standard and quality measures
Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university6-10 years of working experienceHospital buildings previous experience is a MUSTFamiliar with all phases of design and constructionAwareness of relevant codes, guidelines, and regulationsAbility to produce fast-track projects with high-quality standards3D modeling, rendering, and presentation skillsRevit experience is a MUSTCAD, Lumion, Photoshop, and presentation software experienceAbility to produce conceptual designs with innovative ideas and approachesAbility to produce schematic designs through the interdepartmental coordination process Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented individualTake charge individually with strong leadership skillsAbility to lead in a cross-functional team environmentAbility to present his/her work and represent the firm in meetingsGood interpersonal skills.Strong multitasking and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
