Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architectural Designer at NoVi Designs & Finishing. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for tasks including architecture design, construction drawings, urban planning, and drawing. You will work closely with our team to create innovative architectural solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Experience in creating construction drawings
• Strong drawing and urban planning abilities
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of local and Gulf ( KSA & UAE ) building codes and regulations
• Previous experience in similar roles is a plus
• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Strong Experiences in delivering full architectural designs to the KSA & UAE markets
• Strong experience and compliance with KSA & UAE codes and architectural principles
• Strong knowledge of animation presentation tools such as Lumion , Revit & Un-real Engine
• BIM strong knowledge is preffered
• Strong presentation skills and experience in handling consultants discussions, clarifications and inquiries
• Manage projects to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design
• Take the “Brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Compile project specifications
• Keep within budgets and timelines.
• Knowledgeable with standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Cooperate with other coworkers to ensure quality
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• He must continually refine and enhance design methodologies and submission processes
