- Review contractual documents during tender phase to allocate potential risks.
- Manage the Contract Administrations works for ongoing projects.
- Receive the contract from the direct manager to read, study, make the needed analysis with the points for strength and weaknesses, and send the outcome to the direct manager.
- Check the terms and conditions of a new tender to highlight expected risks that affect cost and time, create a risk notes, and report to be shared with the direct manager.
- Create nominated Subcontractors’ contracts from scratch in accordance with the main contracts’ conditions.
- Negotiate the contract conditions and payment terms with the client and/or the sub-contractor to finalize the deal and sign the contracts.
- Archive the contracts after implementing all the signatures as per the departmental policies.
- Create a risk assessment report regarding the agreed upon terms and conditions of the new contract signed with the client.
- Follow up with the Project Manager in order to make sure that the contracts’ terms are being complied with.
- Send a notice for claim to the project team in case any change in the contract took place.
- Negotiate the claim with the client to reach a win-win situation and maintain company’s rights in coordination with the project manager and direct manager.
- Prepares, manages, and submits different types of claims according to the contract.
- Ensure the Project processes and submissions are according to the contract requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
Bachelor degree of engineering Civil / Architecture.CLAC or Similar Contracts Management programs.Excellent command of English8 - 12 years of experience.Strong analytical and organizational skillsattention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
