Job Description:

• Immerse yourself in the local Cairo real estate landscape, gaining a comprehensive understanding of current trends, property types, and pricing.
• Proactively build your network of potential clients through prospecting, attending industry events in Cairo, and conducting targeted outreach.
• Qualify leads by actively listening to client needs, including budget, desired property features, and preferred locations within Cairo.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties with enthusiasm and highlighting key features and benefits.
• Develop and present compelling property proposals tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Negotiate lease or sale terms and guide clients through the closing process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings, ensuring data is up-to-date.
• Contribute to the team by participating in marketing initiatives and open houses across Cairo.
