- Undertake design project from concept to completion.
- Outline client design objectives and define project requirements (brief).
- Create mood boards and sample boards.
- Interpret and translate customer needs into plans.
- Putting various options for the client to meet his expectations.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans, elevations, sections and details.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Participate in the design drawings, the production of tender documents.
- Determine cost and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
- Participate in tender action and tender returns evaluation.
- Work closely with construction team to ensure design fulfillment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.2 - 5 years experience in similar role.Previous experience in banking, commercial and adminstrative sectors is a must.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.Proficient in Revit is a plus.Advanced freehand sketching skill is preferred.Advanced communication, presentation , problem-solving, and teamwork skillsHighly creative, imaginative and artistic.Very Good command of English
