Job Description:

As a Sales Associate for our vegan company, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products/services while embodying our values of compassion, health, and sustainability. You will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Educate them about our vegan products/services, their benefits, and their alignment with ethical and sustainable practices.
• Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell our products/services to meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize effective sales techniques, such as product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling, to drive revenue.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product/service offerings, including ingredients, manufacturing processes, and sustainability initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
• Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals. Support colleagues during peak periods, contribute ideas for process improvements, and participate in training activities.
• Promotional Activities: Assist with promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Engage customers through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Passion for veganism and a commitment to promoting ethical, sustainable lifestyles.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Knowledge of vegan products and familiarity with plant-based diets is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
