We are actively seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the establishment process of our forthcoming e-learning platform. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our outsourced team to translate our business vision into technical requirements, oversee the development cycle, and ensure the platform's delivery of exceptional value to our users.
#Key #Responsibilities:
Requirements Definition and Management:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of desired features and platform functionality.

2. Translate intricate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, fostering close collaboration with the outsourced development team to ensure clarity and feasibility.

3. Prioritize requirements and meticulously craft a clear product roadmap, delineating feature development and release schedules.

4. Effectively manage communication with the outsourced development team, providing precise direction and consistent feedback.

5. Oversee project timelines in tandem with the development team, ensuring steadfast adherence to deadlines and milestones.

6. Scrutinize and authorize code deliverables, ensuring that the quality aligns meticulously with project standards.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

1. Devise and execute exhaustive test plans to verify platform functionality and performance.

2. Vigilantly monitor key performance metrics to gauge product success and identify areas for refinement and enhancement.

3. Facilitate user acceptance testing, seamlessly incorporating user feedback into the iterative development process.

Qualifications and Skills:#Required:

· Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

· Accumulate 7 to 15 years of experience, ideally within an e-learning or software development environment.

· Demonstrate outstanding communication and collaboration skills, adept at bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
#Preferred:
Exhibit familiarity with #Learning #Management #Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
