 Are you a highly gifted marketing and sales professional, and can you set the direction for flavoured milk drinks in the Middle East & African region? Then you could be the person we are looking for as Commercial Manager Flavoured Milk (senior management level), based out of the regional office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
You will join a dedicated group of sales and marketing professionals who create the basis for our brands and partner brands – Cocio, Pucko®, Matilde®, WingCo and Starbucks® globally etc. Through you and your work within the matrix organisation of Cocio in Esbjerg and the Arla MEA organisation in Dubai, we drive the daily business and build strong brands and bring new innovations to the marketplace. The position reports to the Commercial Director in Cocio Denmark.

Plan and execute the strategy for well-known and still to be known brands
As Commercial Manager you will be operationally responsible for business establishment and business execution. As such you will focus on the development for the future as well as the ongoing execution of plans. In brief, your job spans idea generation, commercial strategies, campaign concepts, budget management, customer insights, local strategies proposals, reporting, sales and invoicing. Your prime objectives will be to obtain, establish and execute marketing and sales plans based on local category insight into consumers, shoppers, customers, channels and competitors. You drive the annual budget plans and have P&L responsibility for your area.
Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent and extensive marketing and sales skills
You know the ins and outs of the entire marketing processes as a marketer and have extensive hands-on sales experience at store and trade headquarter level. On top of that, you have at least 7 years’ hands-on FMCG experience. You have filled your toolbox with a wide range of solid standard and modern tools and know how to operate in a sales and marketing matrix set-up. You have sharpened your business talent in a job as Key Account Manager or Brand Manager in an FMCG company. 

This background has given you the skills to bring our products to market and drive well-known consumer brands to further success. You excel in the relationship building discipline and thrive in the role as initiator and the mastermind behind your marketing and sales activities. Moreover, you have an open and positive mindset, a communicative behaviour and proficiency in written and spoken English. If you speak Arabic and have experience with beverages, it will be seen as an advantage.
