• Improve operational efficiency and increase productivity by streamlining and automating business processes. 
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and document workflows, perform gap analysis based on best practices and implement best-fit solutions to ensure full automation of company processes.
• Identify business problems and come up with business solutions to implement to improve business performance.
• Develop automated systems projects’ implementation plans and follow up on progress to ensure on-time implementation and accurate reporting.
• Follow up on the deployment of new systems, systems versions, customization, and new workflows by implementing the user acceptance testing process and resolving implementation issues. 
• Train users on the system and create tutorials for new systems and new functionalities of the system.
• Select and manage communication with service providers.
• Provide first-line support to users on system issues and requirements, escalate complex issues to the service provider, and follow up on being resolved.
• Ensure full documentation for all system processes and agreements.
