Senior HR Specialist

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of jobs and vacancies within the organization to be able to identify staffing needs.
  • Advertise all vacancies internally or through the intranet.
  • Decide appropriate media for external advertisements.
  • Identify and maintain regular contact with external advertising and recruitment agencies to support the recruitment process.
  • Scan applications received to identify the most suitable applicants for jobs.
  • Interview potential recruits to identify those suitable for shortlisting.
  • Carry out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process.
  • Obtain references and carry out required pre-employment reference checks.
  • Prepare all documentation relating to appointments including offer and rejection letters.

Organization Development:

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating job descriptions and organizational chart.
  • Work closely with the management to communicate the departmental objectives.
  • Manage performance management program to insure that it’s done fairly and accurately.

Learning & Development:

  • Develop a training and development strategy for the company to support the company’s business plan and to ensure that staff have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.
  • Undertake regular assessments of training needs and develop a program to meet identified needs.
  • Maintain close communication with managers and staff to discuss training needs and to ensure that they are fully aware of training opportunities available.
  • Arrange internal training and development program, using external suppliers and consultants as required to meet identified training needs.
  • Develop and monitor the company’s training budget to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established budget.
  • Oversee the development of effective processes for the evaluation of all training and development provided.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all necessary training and development records.

Bachelor degree in Human resources or Administration.3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources.Knowledge of the industry is preferable.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills.Excellent planning and organizing skills.
