- Arranging and preparing meetings with customers & suppliers and reviewing documents and invoices.
- Following up and keeping contacts with company regular suppliers.
- Responsible for archiving the documents and invoices.
- Being sensitive to the culture of the original languages and the target languages during the translation process
- Translate a variety of documents regarding the department's issues if needed such as suppliers documents, emails, technical,……..
- Internal and external visits.
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Bachelor degree.From 2 to 4 years Max. of experience.Fluency in Chinese (Not Less than HSK4 or more)Purchasing or Sales experience would be preferred. Very Good English (Speaking and writing)Accuracy in translation.Excellent Excel Skills is a MUST (Like Vlookup, Pivot table, data analysis,...,...)Nasr City Residence or nearby.
