Export Sales specialist

  • searching for new leads. 
  • Receive and review export orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Export technical and commercial offers, creating internal PO policies and international trade regulation.
  • Coordinate with the sales , purchasing and logistics department. 
  • Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including sales orders, invoices, shipping documents, export licenses, and customs declaration. 
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of export requirements.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the Export sales director. 
  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and contribute to sales forecasting and planning activities.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, production, logistics, finance, and customer service, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Suggest sales process improvements.


 


Bachelor' Degree in graduation from faculty of chemical engineering ,  science and agriculture is preferred.2+ years of experience in Export/international Sales functions.Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.Having an experience in (Chemicals - Paints - Foods - Agriculture - etc. ) is preferred.Fluent in English language is a must.In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Excellent communication ,Teamwork and motivational skills
