CRAZY IDEAS FURBISHED AT HIGH QUALITY SUMMARIZE IT ALL.ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design visually compelling graphics, including digital assets, social media content, marketing collateral, packaging, and promotional materials, that align with QwK's brand guidelines and messaging.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into creative design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and drive user engagement.Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design standards.Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into your work to continuously elevate the quality and impact of QwK's visual assets.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and ensure deliverables meet business objectives and timelines.Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, incorporating revisions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Prepare design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with printing specifications and requirements.Liaise with print vendors and suppliers to coordinate production schedules, review proofs, and oversee quality control for printed materials.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums.Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with digital design tools and platforms.Creative thinking and ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, layout, and color theory.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of workAdded value: Videography and animation.Added value: traction, experience and knowledge in the F&B and delivery service line of business.
