Job Purpose & Overview

A Community Manager is the one who makes clients feel welcome and at ease. He/she is the person who is responsible for managing, improving, and leveraging relationships professionally within a coworking space.


Duties & Responsibilities

Creates a welcoming environment: assists members in a friendly & professional manner

Responsible for the rent contracts cycle.

Responsible for the rent collection cycle.

Responsible for the onboarding & the check-out processes of the clients..

Ensures the internet and Wi-Fi are running smoothly & efficiently..

Conducts tours for prospective clients.

Orders the branch Supplies.

Responsible for the overall cleanliness & order of the coworking space.

Delegates the general maintenance tasks of the workspace.

Manages mails & deliveries.Maintains high occupancy rate.

 

Requirements

Experience in hospitality, customer service & business operations.

Strong Communication skills

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Customer focused – enjoys working with clients and solving their problems.

Energetic, enthusiastic & positive.

Excellent English language: spoken & written.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
