- Ensure coordination of communication between patients and families and medical staff.
- Provide patients and families with information on hospital services, procedures, and protocols.

Any BSc degree.Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.Ability to work in a team.Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
