* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize course schedules and ensure smooth operations.
* Collect and analyze data to generate reports and inform strategic decisions.
* Utilize technology to manage accounts efficiently and stay informed about industry advancements.
 


* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Excellent relationship-building abilities.* Detail-oriented with a knack for data management.* Familiarity with account management principles and E-learning  (a plus).
