Job description:
The ERP Implementer will be working within a team of professionals to deploy, install implement and train our customers on our high quality professional ERP systems. He will be visiting customers and training them in their premise as needed. Will handle direct communication with the customer either face to face or by email or other types of documentation and communication.
Duties:
- Implement ERP solutions
- Train client users
- Communicates with the software developers to report bugs or requested new features
- Test functionality of newly added feature or fixed bugs
- Write proper technical documents as needed
Qualifications:Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles, processes and practices either by study or practiceStudied Accounting, or possess work experience or had training in Chartered Accounting offices. Any of the previous is preferableAbility to work under pressure, and deliver on timeTeam player with excellent written and oral communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsPreferable with previous experience or study of any type of database (Oracle, SQL,)Knowledge with MS Office Specially Excel is a preferredGreater Cairo residents are preferable, anywhere close to MohandeseenShould be able to understand customer business and communicate with them accordinglyFamiliarity with ERP SystemsPresentable and has good English
