  • Previous costing experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
  • Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Expertise in the preparation of the financial statements, balance sheets, P&L and Cash Flow Management
  • Eye for details
  • Comfortable with numbers and figures
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Able to motivate the team and lead by example
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position at real estate back-ground

Minimum 10 years' experience in similar position at real estate back-groundPrevious Experience in using SAP is a must
