- Representing the interests of the Owner with the sole purpose of achieving the Owner’s goals and objectives.
- Acting as the Owner’s eyes and ears and keeping a pulse on the project.
- Confirming the project meets the Owner’s requirements, schedule, and regulatory agencies guidelines.
- Establish the project communication plan.

- Monitor, track and validate project design at its different design stages.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Review and validate project baseline.
- Managing requests for proposals and any changes that may happen during construction either for material or design.
- Ensure adherence of value engineering process.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports and ensure that milestones will be met.
- Supervise that all work trades are coordinated and communicated with different project stakeholders (Contractor and Consultant) during releasing shop drawings.
Candidate requirements Bachelor's Degree: Architecture Engineering. 7 -10 years of progressive experience in site management and design. Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must. Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage. Experience in hospitality is a must and team player with leadership abilities. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proven experience as construction project manager.
