Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Holistic Wellness Director to lead our team in Sharm el Sheikh. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards our shared mission of spreading health and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead and manage a team of wellness professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.

·  Develop and implement holistic wellness programs and initiatives that align with TheLifeCo's mission and values.

·  Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness center, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.

·  Interpret financial data and results to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

·  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract guests.

·  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in holistic wellness, incorporating innovative ideas into our offerings.

·  Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the guest experience and expand our network.

Qualifications and Experience:

·  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Business Administration, Hospitality Management).

·  Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the wellness or hospitality industry.

·  Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

·  Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and results, with a strategic mindset to drive business growth.

·  Passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to promoting health and vitality.

·  Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic would be advantageous.
