General Job Scope:

The HR and Admin Manager strategically directs and oversees human resources and administrative functions to align with and advance organizational goals. This executive role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that optimize workforce performance, establish progressive career paths, ensure efficient operational management, enhance employee engagement, and ensure operational excellence across the department.


Duties and Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning and Policy Development: Assists in formulating strategic goals and policies, and participates in decision-making that affects the group.

- Operational Oversight: Manages the implementation and updates of the department’s action plans, including job analysis, workforce planning, and performance evaluations.

- Compensation and Benefits Management: Designs and adjusts salary structures and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with market standards and organizational goals.

- Recruitment and Talent Management: Supervises recruitment processes, oversees employee onboarding, and develops strategies for employee retention and satisfaction.

- Training and Development: Coordinates the creation and execution of training programs, manages training budgets, and assesses the effectiveness of training interventions.

- Career and Performance Management: Guides career planning, supervises performance evaluations, and manages development programs to enhance employee capabilities.

- Administrative Supervision: Oversees day-to-day administrative operations, including maintenance, procurement, and compliance with internal regulations.

- Financial Oversight: Prepares and manages the department’s budget, oversees payroll processing, and approves financial transactions.

- Employee Engagement: Conducts surveys to assess employee satisfaction, manages orientation programs for new hires, and fosters a supportive work environment.

Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certified in SPHRi, PHRi, or HR international certification.

- A minimum of 10 years in the relevant field, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Comprehensive knowledge of social security regulations, labor legislation, and income tax laws.

- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic work plans, setting objectives, and evaluating outcomes.

- Ability to manage employee performance development system.

- Skilled in recruitment processes and employee onboarding.

- Effective change management skills.

- Competence in empowering staff and enhancing their professional skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making proficiency.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a diverse workplace.
