- Will complete the following formalities: Arranging documents (separate folder for each candidate). Copies of Degree / Diploma, Professional Certificate, Experience Certificates, Civil ID, Passport, Work Permit, Authorized Signatory and Personal Picture
- Needs to send email for Reference Verification, upon Signing the contract, added to employee folder and updating the SharePoint. If any issued with the verification need to update EDHR
- Regularly updates the Recruitment Update on SharePoint.
- Prepare Poster of New hiring's for Orientation.
- Send Handbook/ ESS Manual to New employees.
- Time to Time update recruitment sheet in Sharepoint.

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Certificate in HR or Training
· Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
· Ability to understand basic technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
· Quick learner.
· Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
· Strong team player with a results driven approach and who can work with limited guidance.
· Energetic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
· Very strong work ethic (reliable) with “can do” and collaborative attitude.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Suite.

· 4 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position or a
· Should have experience within Human Resources, Recruiting and/or Employee Onboarding required/preferred.
