• Manage the entire Information Technology infrastructure of the enterprise.
• Responsible for the planning, development, installation, configuration and maintenance of corporate hardware, software and any related infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain the company’s network systems security to prevent unauthorized access attempts and allow staff to communicate safely and securely.
• Provide Help Desk troubleshooting and support to all users of all departments to ensure a safe continuous operation of the enterprise.
• Install, configure, upgrade and administer all hardware (servers, switches, storage, archive, CISCO Telephony system, physical and virtual networks and clients), operating systems, applications and peripherals to achieve efficient operational requirements of the enterprise.
• Implement network security measures in order to protect company’s data, software and hardware.
• Maintain a proper well-organized and clean server room.
• Configure, monitor and maintain AD, DNS and Microsoft Exchange Online Protection.
• Configure and manage Windows updates.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions and email accounts as necessary.
• Ensure all software updates, patches and packs are installed.
• Install and manage all network and firewall securities applications.
• Create, manage and configure virtual machines in VMWare.
• Install and manage antivirus on servers and workstations.
• Perform regular troubleshooting analysis (performance, health checks and physical checks) of servers, workstations and all associated systems, ensuring reliable connectivity between countries at all times.
• Act as first level help desk support for all users, over the phone and/or face to face, to help them resolve basic IT / peripherals problems.
• Manage all systems backup and restore procedures, including disaster recovery plans.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
• Maintain Network infrastructure map of all points.
• Maintain Log Files for all IT related functions, including all network functions, installed applications, upgrades, patches, repair records and service tickets.

- BS in Computer Science, MIS or Computer Engineering
- 4-5 years Exp in systems and network administration
