Social Security Representative & HR Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Security Representative & HR Assistant. This role will be split between providing support in social security matters and assisting the HR Manager with time attendance management and filing tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Security Representation:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all social security-related inquiries from employees.
Ensure compliance with Lebanese social security regulations and assist employees with any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of social security contributions and benefits for employees.
HR Assistance:
Assist the HR Manager in managing time attendance records for employees.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of employee work hours, leaves, and absences.
Support the HR Manager in maintaining organized and up-to-date employee files and records.
Assist in coordinating HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and training as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in social security administration and familiarity with Lebanese social security regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
