We are looking for a motivated Junior Windows Systems Administrator with basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory, enterprise app authentication, and Citrix. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience and will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our Windows-based systems, including cloud-based infrastructure, authentication services, and Citrix environments.

1. Azure Active Directory Management
- Assist in managing Azure Active Directory services, including user and group management, conditional access policies, and single sign-on configurations.
- Support basic enterprise application authentication and integration with Azure AD.
- Learn to monitor Azure AD health and troubleshoot basic authentication issues.
2. Enterprise App Authentication
- Provide support in configuring and managing authentication mechanisms for enterprise applications, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Assist in integrating applications with identity providers such as Azure AD for secure access control.
- Learn to troubleshoot basic authentication and access issues for enterprise apps.
3. Citrix Administration
- Support Citrix virtualization environments, including basic installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in managing user access and permissions within Citrix environments.
- Learn to troubleshoot basic Citrix-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Contribute to maintaining comprehensive documentation for Windows systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Assist in generating basic reports on system performance, authentication activity, and Citrix usage metrics.
5. Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and support ongoing projects.
- Seek guidance and training from senior staff members as needed.
- Participate in basic on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergencies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory concepts and familiarity with user and group management.
- Some exposure to enterprise app authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
- Familiarity with Citrix virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or coursework related to Microsoft Azure or Citrix technologies.
- Exposure to cloud computing platforms and services.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Windows automation tasks.
