Job Title: Florist Event Specialist

Salary: 1500 – 1800 AED

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event themes, color schemes, and floral preferences.
• Design and create floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative accents, that complement the event's aesthetic.
• Source high-quality flowers and foliage from suppliers, ensuring freshness and variety.
• Prepare and arrange flowers onsite for events, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on floral design trends, seasonal blooms, and budget considerations.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including installation and removal of floral decorations.
• Maintain inventory of floral supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Uphold high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all floral creations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a florist, with expertise in floral design and arrangement.
• Creative flair and artistic vision, with a passion for flowers and botanicals.
• Strong knowledge of different flower varieties, seasonal availability, and care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
• Previous experience in the events industry is preferred but not required.
