We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Listing Agent. As a key member of our sales and Leasing, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

- Conduct market research to determine the optimal listing price for properties
- Create comprehensive marketing plans for each property, including online and offline strategies
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and staging professionals to present properties in the best possible light
- Conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the status of their listings
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome
- Guide clients through the closing process, including reviewing contracts and coordinating with other parties involved
