Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - Marketing (FMCG)

Office: Business Bay, Dubai

Requirement: Immediate

Salary Range: 10,000 – 15,000 AED per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Marketing professional to join our team. The incumbent will drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand recognition, fostering customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyse consumer behaviour to identify emerging opportunities and market dynamics.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to craft integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices, driving innovation and enhancement.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6-12 years of marketing experience in the food industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership capacity within the FMCG sector.
  • Essential experience in UAE & GCC markets.
  • Profound understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, adept at inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • UAE driver's license is mandatory.
