Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

Position Overview: As a Lead Generation Executive, your primary objective will be to identify and establish partnerships with both B2C & B2B Clients, Business Setup Consultants including freezones, and other Corporate Entities with large customer databases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate sales landscape.

As Lead Generation Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Active attraction of new clients and sales activities to ensure continued profitability and growth.
  • Research and identify potential clients or leads through various channels.
  • Engage in both inbound and outbound sales, handling leads and nurturing the existing pipeline.
  • Startup or scale-up experience, with the ability to set KPIs and targets independently.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to thrive without micromanagement.
  • Develop relationships and build trust with clients
  • Regularly compile and share detailed reports with the Line Manager, outlining client interactions, responses and feedbacks received.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Our requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in lead generation or sales in both B2B & B2C environment.
  • An innovative and proactive mindset, consistently seeking new opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools.
  • SAAS sales knowledge is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong English/Arabic communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
