We have an urgent requirement for Informatica Master Data Management SME with our client , for Onsite(Dubai) & offshore(Remote) location.

BFSI domain is highly preferred.

Master Data Management (MDM) specialist with 15+ years of experience with expertise on design, implement, and manage comprehensive MDM solutions. A deep understanding of data management principles, architecture best practices, and MDM tools & technologies is expected from the individual. They will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and accessibility of master data across the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions:

· Analyze business needs and data requirements.

· Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

· Select and configure MDM tools and software.

· Develop data cleansing, standardization, and matching rules.

· Design and implement data governance processes.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance:

· Advise stakeholders on MDM strategies and best practices.

· Collaborate with IT and business teams on MDM initiatives.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation.

· Manage and optimize the MDM platform:

· Monitor performance and ensure data quality.

· Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery planning.

· Maintain and update the MDM system as needed.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest MDM trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

· 15+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and solution design, with a strong focus on Master Data Management (MDM).

· Proven experience in designing and implementing successful MDM solutions using the Informatica MDM platform.

· In-depth knowledge of data management principles, data modeling techniques, and data governance best practices.

· Expert-level skills in using the Informatica MDM suite, including its various modules and functionalities (e.g., Hub, Master Data Management Cloud, Data Quality, etc.).

· Strong understanding of data quality concepts and techniques.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, API integration).

Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.

Experience in specific industries or domains.

Technical Skills:

Data Modeling and Architecture: This forms the core of an MDM architect's skillset. They should be adept at creating logical and physical data models, designing data integration strategies, and understanding storage and distribution methods.

Data Analysis and Profiling: Analyzing and profiling data is crucial for understanding its quality and identifying inconsistencies. An MDM architect needs to be familiar with data profiling tools and techniques to ensure clean and standardized data within the MDM system.

Data Governance and Stewardship: Implementing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures is essential for ensuring the long-term success of an MDM initiative. The architect should understand data governance frameworks and work with stakeholders to establish clear ownership and accountability for data quality.

MDM Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with various MDM tools and platforms like Informatica MDM, IBM MDM, and Oracle MDM is crucial. Past project implementation of Informatica MDM is a must. They should be able to configure and utilize these tools to effectively manage master data
