We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
• Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately based on market analysis and current trends.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Guide clients through the real estate transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.
• Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
