Job Summary:
One of our clients in Hospitality Industry is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by offering friendly, efficient, and personalized service. You will be an ambassador of their global brand and a critical player in ensuring guest satisfaction through adherence to our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate, and efficient dining experience. This includes greeting guests promptly, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest needs are met throughout their meal.
• Knowledge of Menu: Have a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Assist guests by answering questions and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Table Management: Maintain a clean and organized dining area by setting tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring all service items are stocked and ready for use.
• Payment Processing: Handle billing and payment processing efficiently and accurately, ensuring all transactions comply with hotel policies.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow all company and safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including handling and cleanliness standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages. Communicate effectively with team members to handle special requests or potential issues.
• Feedback Handling: Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction before they leave the restaurant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a waitress/waiter in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina to handle long hours and potentially high stress during busy periods.
• Knowledge of best practices for serving food and beverages, along with a familiarity with POS systems for order taking and billing.
• A commitment to exceptional guest service and a great team player attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
