Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Press Brake Machine Operator to join our team at Al Ameen Group of Company. As a Press Brake Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal components accurately and efficiently.

- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine settings and requirements.

- Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of finished products.

- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

- Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production targets.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Press Brake Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

- Ability to set up and operate press brake machines independently.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to machine operation.
