Position Summary

As a maintenance Coordinator you will ensure that all machines, tools and facilities are kept in good working order, supervise preventive and corrective maintenance actions in order to achieve the planned quality and production volume at the lowest cost.

Your Role

• Ensure the conformity and maintenance of production resources in the required condition to support the continuity of the production plan.

• Provide day-to-day support to the supervisory team in achieving the organization's operational objectives

• Periodically analyze +SQPDIK indicators, identify discrepancies and implement action plans to remedy gaps.

• Ensure compliance with the budget allocated to his/her scope, and implement actions to optimize and control costs and inventory.

• Implement and maintain continuous improvement processes.

• Monitor team training, versatility and workforce management.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and standards within the scope of his/her activity (EOS, OSA, IATF, HSE standards, etc.).

• Contribute effectively to the the various multidisciplinary activities involving the Maintenance Function.

Your Background

• Bac+3/4 in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent + at least 2 years' seniority

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Leadership, commitment and availability

• Computer skills.
