• Language :Very good level of French & English Leading projects Industrialization plan ( Development & Serial wave) Leading Project Risk Assessment and action plan follow-up. Coordination of project multidisciplinary team to meet project targets. Develop and support team spirit. Project 4Ms follow-up. MPPP & DPPP Follow-up. Fulfilling Customer ANPQP requirement ( project point of view ) Escalate blocking points and ask the support from the management. Capitalize the feedback from the past : Lessons learned. Driving YSFG/YDM/FG Obsolescence management (targets set-up and follow-up). Wave change planning and monitoring. Prototype orders planning and production follow-up in compliance with deadlines, specifications and internal procedures. Leading Manufacturing Engineering Functional Reviews (GPMS). Analyze project data and customer specifications. Set strategy of spare parts for project on EOP. Schedule plant's tasks to answer to an RFQ. Consolidation of PCC inputs (Line concept, investment, space productivity, ramp up cost…) Anticipate to the improvement of the indicators (EBIT, cost per MH...) Ensure the project development according to the customer's milestones. Reporting project 4M&QCD to plant management, SC and Central functions Manage and participate to workshop that leads to cost reduction of the harnesses (wire tuning activities, VAVE…) Follow the evolution of efficiency and performance of the project. Follow the project's quality indicators and ensure that they are in line with the objectives. Leading CEC Contract preparation and validation with CSC. Leading PCC/AFAPs/Ramp up Costs preparations and validations process ( project point of view ) * Respect 5'S standards, QMS procedures and EHS instructions
