Position overview:


Reporting directly to the Molding Manager, our future Molding Supervisor will have as main missions to manage & coordinate the production (Plastic injection, Molding & Over-molding), to lead the process in shopfloor in terms of application & standardization… and to manage a team of shift leaders and technicians/technologists.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free

  • Manage and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing production

  • Allocate labor resources and track schedules to ensure continued production and minimal downtime

  • Recommends methods/procedures to reduce energy waste, streamline the use of the labor force, and reduce material wastage

  • Develops, evaluates, and improves production process using an advanced knowledge of plastic injection

  • Ensure application, respect, and standardization of injection & process standards

  • Managing production reports & dashboards, and ensuring compliance in audits

  • Contribute to training and development of the team

  • Maintain work discipline and order in the workplace.

Key skills and Qualifications:



  • Bac+5 in Industrial/Mechanical engineering

  • Minimum 3 years in the same position, plastic injection, Automotive industry

  • Solid understanding of technical aspects and deep Knowledge of plastic Injection activity

  • Good English Communication & Spirit of analysis/synthesis

  • Team management
