Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced individual to provide the necessary support to the Sales and Projects team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by performing administrative duties, assisting with project management, and providing feedback, documentation, and information.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare network design and generate the BoQ as per the customer requirements.

- Engage with the customers for gather technical information and solution proposition.

- Prepare technical solution documents and assist sales team for technical presentations.

- Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, Petty cash coordination, payment follow up, etc.

- Assisting with the management & Office Team of daily operational activities

- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and communication with relevant information as needed.

- Maintaining an up-to-date program schedule/Plan & assisting with the allocation of project resources.

- Ensure the project delivers as per the agreed schedule, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.

- Update client on project progress & act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all the in-house team members.

Skills

Eligibility Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree

- Minimum of 3-4 years of Pre-Sales Engineer Coordination experience in the Telecom/Wifi industry.

- Network certifications and trainings will be an added advantage.

- Prior experience working in a Telecom/Wifi/ICT systems integration company.

- Good computer skills (Office applications)

- Proficiency in English

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A team player with high level of dedication and having Oman driving license.
