- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any service-related issues or inquiries.
- Manage the resolution of incidents and problems according to ITIL best practices.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit various reports related to service delivery performance.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates based in Qatar will be considered.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is a must.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
