Essential Job Functions

  • Leads day-to-day administrative tasks such as timely and high quality phone reception, word processing, data entry, filing, scheduling and other administrative tasks
  •  Managing billing, collecting payments, and maintaining Center supply
  • Assist Center Director in administration work Knowledge Required
  •  Associates or four year degree preferred
  •  A minimum of one year customer service experience
  • Experience using full suite of Microsoft Office applications and other standard business applications
  •  Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English writing and speaking
  • Strong organizational skills; Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible
