SMS REALTY, a leading real estate firm in Dubai, is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent with SMS REALTY, you will be a key player in facilitating property transactions and providing top-notch service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on Dubai market trends.
  • Should have experience in Credit Card Sales.
  • Build and maintain a client and property owner network through networking events, social media, and referrals.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate property showings, inspections, and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Stay informed about Dubai's property laws and regulations for transaction compliance.
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals, brokers, appraisers, and legal advisors for successful transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listing promotion and attracting potential buyers or tenants.
  • Keep accurate records using CRM software for property listings, transactions, and client communications.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a successful Real Estate Agent in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai.
  • Possession of a RERA certification is required to demonstrate compliance with regulatory standards in the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, encompassing property values, neighborhoods, and current market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster productive interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A track record of successfully executing property transactions and consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing other cutting-edge real estate tools.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions, reflecting the high standards of the real estate industry.
  • A valid UAE driving license is a must for this role, as it involves property visits and client meetings.
