Treasury Associate

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is involved in some of the most innovative projects and programs, shaping the environment for the future generations. They are looking to hire a Treasury Associate who will be aiding the Finance Director in overseeing cash management, ensuring efficient revenue collection, and payment processes. The candidate will also prepare and analyze financial reports, manage cash flow, and provide leadership for timely processing, reconciliation, and reporting. Additionally, they spearhead treasury initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and collaborating across the finance team.

Responsibilities:
- Direct cash management operations, including daily administration and bank relations.
- Review and approve electronic disbursements, ensuring timely reconciliation.
- Monitor cash transactions and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Manage statements, forecast cash flow, and oversee treasury month-end close processes.
- Resolve denials and fraud situations urgently, ensuring compliance with income accounting procedures.
- Identify global cash movement opportunities and assist with treasury projects.
- Develop reporting packages for executive and board review, and recommend process improvements.
- Review bank and merchant card fees, drive improvements in cash management, and oversee debt facilities.
- Support special projects, accurately forecast future cash flows, and assist other departments as needed.
- Provide information for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with cash management activities.

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate in the UAE or GCC.
- Professional accreditations (ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CFA).
- Proficiency in English, with Arabic advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
