Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team in Dubai. The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of the property.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Lead and motivate the hotel staff to deliver excellent service and meet performance targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
Stay updated with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
