Personal Assistant to CEO

UAE - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items and decisions.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the CEO.
Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for board meetings, executive meetings, and other high-level meetings.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address issues to ensure their time is used efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
