**Responsibilities:**

1. **Content Direction and Quality Control:**

  - Maintain high standards of video quality, editing, and production values.

  - Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and innovative video concepts.

2. **Deal Negotiation and Partnership Management:**

  - Negotiate brand deals, sponsorships, and collaborations to maximize revenue opportunities.

  - Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and other content creators.

  - Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities for partnership growth.

3. **Idea Generation and Channel Development:**

  - Continuously brainstorm and pitch new content ideas, series, and formats.

  - Identify emerging trends and capitalize on opportunities for channel growth.

  - Develop strategies to expand the channel's audience and increase engagement.

4. **Day-to-Day Operations and Filming Support:**

  - Provide support and guidance to content creators during filming days.

  - Offer creative input and assistance to enhance video quality and performance.

5. **Analytics and Performance Tracking:**

  - Monitor channel analytics, including viewership, engagement, and audience demographics.
