Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate and timely assistance.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Listen actively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Follow call scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with company policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate unresolved matters as needed.
Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
