Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Cater to customer requirements by offering top-notch services and treatment.
  • Work earnestly to enhance the restaurant's prestige and brainstorm potential improvements.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant by evaluating the quantity of cleaning, cooking, and miscellaneous products.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
