- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Supervising and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Supervising stock levels
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
- Using information technology to record sales figures, analyze data and forward plan
- Supervising All Company's branches, dealing with branches managers
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
- Attending and chairing meetings
- Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other related issues
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
- initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel

Job RequirementsProven work experience as a Retail manager 10 years of experience in retailIn-depth understanding of office management and daily operationsHands on experience with MS OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent organizing and leadership skills Fluency in English
