  • Job Description
  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Supervising and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency and  guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Supervising stock levels 
  • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
  • Using information technology to record sales figures, analyze data and forward plan
  • Supervising All Company's branches, dealing with branches managers
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
  • Attending and chairing meetings
  • Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other related issues
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

 


Job RequirementsProven work experience as a Retail manager 10 years of experience in retailIn-depth understanding of office management and daily operationsHands on experience with MS OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent organizing and leadership skills Fluency in English
